Hugo Firth at Osteopathy Partnership is a outstanding practioner, who has gone above and beyond to support me with my struggles with pots , fatigue and dizziness. Hugo did not know much about my condition and went out of his way to research it, and help me the best way he can . Even going so far as to find me a private cardiologist and advocate for me as I am unable to do so for myself at present. Hugo has been helping me with neck and shoulder pain stemming from arthritis. A combination of hands on treatment and a personalised exercise programme is designed to reduce pain and increase mobility. He demonstrates all exercises and sends easy to follow videos to practice at home. In addition he has recommended trying a pillow which improves the position of the spine and neck at night. Hugo is sympathetic, knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking osteopathic care.
